“Jake is a very knowledgeable and professional real estate agent.”
My wife and I were amazed at his low pressure relaxed style of negotiating and dealing with people. Throughout the transaction in which Jake took a leading role, he was attentive to the issues we raised, quick to respond to queries and also helpful in providing advice when asked. The transaction went smoothly and at no time did we feel forced into making a quick decision. Indeed, Jake was happy to provide alternative options when asked but remained focused on getting us the best outcome for our particular circumstances. We have no hesitation in recommending Jake as an agent of integrity and high professional standards.
“Tom has been brilliant to deal with, honest, straight up and professional.”
Having sold and purchased many properties previously Tom has easily been one of the best we’ve had. If it wasn’t for Tom’s follow up call we would have overlooked this property so his proactive approach got a quick and clean deal done. Thanks Tom.
“We have been delighted at the service we received from Jake.”
From the time we first contacted him – on a recommendation from a family member – we have been really impressed by his knowledge of the market, the quality of the marketing proposal and his level of communication throughout the entire process. Jake has been very approachable, very easy to deal with and managed to get a superb result for us.
